Refunds
Refunds on Mailing Lists
We supply a full refund for the cost of each record we supply that is wrong and that is returned to you by Royal Mail. A refund is only provided if the data is used by you within 4 weeks of purchase and the returned envelopes must have the Royal Mail's red 'undeliverable' sticker on them. We cannot provide refunds for envelopes returned because the contact does not wish to be contacted by your company.
Refunds on Email Lists
We are sorry but we do not give refunds on email lists. Email marketing is becoming harder and harder, companies are doing their best to block e-mails from unknown sources and investing in ever better anti-spam systems and software. E-mail marketing is a low cost route to market, but unfortunately it can also be unreliable. An email can be rejected by anti-spam software for many reasons and the circumstances are beyond our control. It is the downside of email marketing.
It is important that you have realistic expectations of E-mail marketing, be prepared for at least 20% of your e-mails not to be delivered to the target inbox.
